In early 1999, RadiSys Corporation acquired a small division of IBM in Boca Raton. Because this division was located within an IBM facility, we were forced into a very time constrained space search in a real estate market that we were totally unfamiliar with. Though our local ITP.A Broker in Portland Oregon, we were directed to Craig Melby. When I made my first trip to the area to preview potential facilities, Craig had done a lot of up front legwork that made my trip very productive.
